The keepsake sized version of the Meta Urn is intended for keeping a small quantity of cremated remains, under 20-pound four-legged friends, and the unfortunate situations of child and infant loss -at approximately 18 cubic inches (295 cubic cm).
White oak wood finished with the traditional yakisugi technique is used for the base and lid in this version of the Meta Urn White Oak wood finished in a faux shou sugi ban that relies on shellac, milk paint, and linseed oil in order to more reliably provide this look. The base is fixed in place and the latter is pressure fit by means of a simple, yet clever gasket. The main body of the urn is composed of powder-coated aluminum.
Bookmatched white oak pairs and groupings can be requested in situations where cremated remains are to be distributed among family members.
